Background
Kevin has specialised in marketing communications for most of his working life. He built and sold a billboard business and operated a small media buying firm before starting up TKO. Kevin also sits on the boards of Cogito Software Pty Ltd and Fox Web Solutions Ltd.
He's a strategist, thinker and a copy writer. Kevin leads from the front and actively works as a proxy for the client in the TKO office - the question is always, "How is this work going to add to the client's vision, mission and bottom line?" His focus is on developing strong relationships with clients and clear understandings of their businesses and their particular requirements.
Keith Humm

Background
Keith works as our full-time web developer in Christchurch. He has over six years of web site production and development experience, with a strong portfolio consisting of work from when he managed his own business. With a research background in Human-Computer Interaction, Keith is a strong advocate of usability and accessibility, and is an expert in (X)HTML, CSS and standards-compliant web development including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques. His development skills and experience includes web technologies such as PHP, Flash/ActionScript, JavaScript, ASP.net, and SQL, and extends to general-purpose languages such as C#, Java, and C.

Summer is the lead designer at TKO and has extensive experience and skills in design for print, web and software user interface.
Tara Daellenbach

Background
Tara is a highly talented graphic designer who has a particular interest in Typography and Logo creation. Tara is the youngest member of the team but makes up for her lack of years with her distinctive style and highly intelligent design solutions.
Sam Pease
Background
Sam is a vastly experienced television and radio journalist, researcher and presenter. She has worked for both Television New Zealand and TV3 in presenter and researcher roles on news and current affairs shows and has also featured as the presenter of a number of television commercials leading brands such as Healtheries and Robert Harris.
Sam has also worked in senior public relations roles for Housing New Zealand and smaller private companies.
